Performance figures such as range and speed are manufacturer estimates and are not guaranteed under every riding condition, actual results vary with rider weight, terrain, weather, riding style, tire pressure and battery condition. We work to keep specifications accurate, but manufacturers may update components or specifications without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The product price clearly identifies what is included; applicable taxes, delivery charges or optional services are displayed before you complete payment. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Payment is processed at checkout by secure third-party payment providers.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment verification, product availability and fraud-prevention checks. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation when tracking becomes available. We may decline or cancel an order where we cannot verify payment or delivery details.

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for charging, battery care and maintenance, and use only compatible chargers and components.
9. Website Use & Intellectual Property
Content on this website, including text, images, logos and layout, belongs to America E Bikes or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, America E Bikes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products purchased through it.
